We offer users the opportunity to request information about our products, parts and services, as well as register for classes and reserve equipment through our website. TMHNC gathers the name, address, phone and email address of users who voluntarily contact us via email so that we may provide the user with the service the user requested.

2. E-Commerce

We collect information on a voluntary basis from customers and visitors to our site, when they choose to place an order with us via our online warehouse or our training materials store. To ensure easy shopping and timely product delivery we ask for information including your name, address, email address, phone number and payment information. All of these are necessary for purchase and quick communication with you about the status of your order. Should you wish to change your information, simply click on the "My Account link" located on the top of the Home Page. NOTE: WE DO NOT STORE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION.

At this time, we do not use the email addresses collected to send out promotional emails or newsletters. If in the future we choose to do so, users may remove themselves from this mailing list by following the link provided in every email that points users to the subscription management page.

Children

Consistent with the Federal Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), we will never knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 without requesting parental consent.

Usage tracking

TMHNC tracks user traffic patterns throughout all of our sites. However, we do not correlate this information with data about individual users. TMHNC does break down overall usage statistics according to a user's internet provider, browser type, and MIME type by reading this information from the browser string (information contained in every user's browser).

TMHNC sometimes tracks and catalogs the search terms that users enter in our Search function, but this tracking is never associated with individual users. We use tracking information to determine which areas of our sites users like and don't like based on traffic to those areas.
